In the course o routine testing in the practice, the quality o the sealing seams manufactured with the MELAseal can be checked with MELAG seal check. The MELAG seal check verifies the quality o the bonding to the paper, by means o the contrast with the special print sample. By properly merging the internal foil layer and putting the right pressure on the paper, a completely flat sealing seam is created. Insufficient sealing temperatures, worn-out sealing rails or faulty contact pressure are detected by the MELAG seal check.
